-Set up forward slide and release. Video analysis.
-Sweeping, hand positioning, body positioning and brush stroke
-Strategy, angles and rotation
Instructor: Doug Dalziel, Level 3 Canada Curling Coach and coach for Women's Team Mexico
Doug Dalziel started coaching in 1991. He’s been a certified competition development coach (Level 3 Canada Curling) since October 2021. He has been a member of Curl BC high performance team the last three years, and is a Curl BC coach developer and learning facilitator/evaluator.
He is currently in his third season of coaching Team Mexico women's team (competed at Pan Continental Curling Championship), Team Richards (BC Ladies team), and has coached three times at BC Scotties Curling Championships!!
